Meal Plan #4

This is what I'll be cooking up in my kitchen this week:

1. Black Bean Burgers with beet fries and a salad
     -for the beet fries, wash, peel and slice beets into wedges.  Toss with evoo, s/p and roast at 400 until        crispy and tender.

2.  Curry and Butternut Squash Soup with naan

3.  Lentil Salad
