Roasted Brussel Sprouts

We eat these suckers like french fries!

Heat oven to 425.  Cut little stump end off of the brussel sprouts and slice in half.  Toss them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.  Roast until dark golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
